Punctuation
What is punctuation?
Punctuation is the combination of important marks in English. It can separate from one sentence from another sentence or combine one sentence into another.
Importance of Punctuation in a sentence:
1) "A woman without her men is nothing", a teacher asks the students to punctuate this sentence. A boy comes and write, " A women, without her men, is nothing". Then a girl comes and writes, "A woman: without her, man is nothing"
2) Without Punctuation, "Have you eaten Grandma?". If you read the sentence it asks, "Did you eat your grandmother". But if you insert one comma in the sentence, the meaning is totally changed. That is "Have you eaten, Grandma?". Now, you ask your Grandma whether she has taken her food. Even a comma is a very tiny mark, it changes the whole meaning of the sentence.
Reader, now can you understand the importance of Punctuation? Even a small mark can change the whole meaning of the sentence
