SENTENCE PATTERN
English learners and writers start their learning by studying noun, verb, pronoun, etc., But it is not enough to study it separately. Learners should know how to arrange it correctly. To write the error-free sentence, they should learn "Sentence Pattern". You cannot express your thought correctly when you do not know how to arrange the words. So it is just that before writing English we should be well known in Sentence Pattern. Mainly there are five kinds of sentence pattern.

OBJECT (O):
An object is a person or a thing that receives the action of the verb. If there is an answer for a question "whom" or "what", then it is an Object. There are two types of Object. They are Direct Object and Indirect Object.
If there is an answer to the question "What", then it is called Direct Object (DO).
If there is an answer for the question "To Whom", it is called Indirect Object (I O).

Here the word "me" answers the question "to whom" so it is called Indirect Object. And the word "a pen" answers the question "what" so it is called Direct Object.
